SMARTCAP CRE Value Fund II is a value-add real estate equity investment. The fund strategy is to invest in core suburban office and industrial assets. The fund had a target hold of five years from the first acquisition and can be extended for up to two years at the manager’s discretion. Value Fund II was initially made up of four properties (two office / two industrial) with the first asset being sold in 2021.
