SMARTCAP CRE Value Fund III (VFIII) is a discretionary fund focused on industrial acquisitions and developments in the Pacific Northwest. VFIII utilizes a Joint Venture (JV) profit sharing strategy. For projects that use a JV Partner, SMARTCAP will share 50% of the profit received from the JV partner with VFIII investors. Each asset in the fund has a 5-year target timeline from acquisition or construction completion, with the flexibility to extend up to two additional years.
